MEPower is rooted in a fierce challenge against the status quo of boring brand representation and monotonous media trends. Our phenomenal CEO and founder, Joy Smith, has accumilated over 10 years of experience in all things media; as she worked her way up from Personal Assistant to Director of Operations for Crystal Smith Enterprises/Joy105.com.

 

Duing her time there, our CEO had the opportunity to collaborate with corporations such as LiveNation, Warner Brothers Media, Springhill, Disney and many more. The contracts varied from production castings, to red carpet interviews, movie premieres, social media campaigns, church conferences, and complete brand managment. During this time, Ms.Smith also attained her bachelors degree in Political Science 18' from Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia.

She has since worked on the historical 2020 presidential election campaigns. Invigurated off of the elections energy, Joy decided to put this energy into herself.  Her work on the election campaigns inspried her to begin the work on while still doing small things media related on the side, until this year. Joy finally decided to refocus and double down on her love for media. This was how MEPower came to be.
